KUCHING, Apr 14: Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN) Main Branch Sarawak at Satok is closing down temporarily for sanitising following the physical visit of a Covid-19 positive customer.
BSN issued a notice stating that it will only open after Apr 21, 2020.
“BSN Main Branch Sarawak will be closed for a thorough deep-cleaning and sanitising process.
“This is following our employee’s contact with a customer who is Covid-19 positive.
“The dates of closures are as follows: 14 Apr 2020 until 10 Apr 2020,” said BSN’s notice.
BSN said all operations will be temporarily halted based on the dates states, but its ATM (Automated Teller Machine) and Cash Deposit Machine (CDM) will start operating on Apr 16, 2020.
“We understand our customers’ needs at this trying time. Customers are still able to do their banking transactions via internet banking myBSN or at BSN Malang Branch and BSN Batu 7 Jalan Penrissen Branch.”
