KUCHING, July 11: Sarawak has released more information about the “Roadmap To Recovery Plan”.

According to the Sarawak Disaster Management Committee (SDMC), Sarawak is currently still under Phase 1 of the National Recovery Plan (NRP) until three indicators (average daily Covid-19 cases, healthcare capacity to response, and percentage of Sarawak adult population receiving two doses of vaccination) reach satisfactory levels.

“The indicators will be closely studied together with the Health Department to enable Sarawak to move into the next phases safely and effectively,” it said in a social media post today.

The committee also published a “Roadmap To Recovery Plan”, to prepare Sarawakians for what is to come, and explained the standard operating procedures (SOPs) involved that would be applied during the four NRP phases in Sarawak.

The detailed SOPs will be released by the National Security Council (MKN) once Sarawak is ready to enter into any of these phases.
