KUCHING, Dec 30: Sarawak has registered 24 new Covid-19 cases in nine districts in the past 24 hours.
This brings the cumulative number of confirmed Covid-19 cases in Sarawak to 252,286.
The Sarawak Disaster Management Committee (SDMC) in a statement today said Limbang topped the list, reporting six cases followed by Kuching with five cases.
Lawas, Miri and Sibu reported three cases each while Bintulu, Serian, Daro and Lubok Antu registered one case each.
Of the new cases, none were in the critical stages of Category 3,4 and 5 while 16 patients with mild symptoms were classified under Category 2 and eight patients with no symptoms were classified under Category 1.
No new clusters or deaths were reported in Sarawak today. — DayakDaily
