‘Sarawak Independence Referendum: Is There A Way Forward?’ talk on Dec 10

KUCHING, Nov 30: A public talk titled ‘Sarawak Independence Referendum: Is There A Way Forward?’ will be held on Dec 10 at 7pm in Kuching Park Hotel here.

Organising chairman Chris Goh informed that the talk was organised in conjunction with the International Human Rights Day observed by the international community annually on Dec 10.

The speakers are activist and lawyer Dominique Ng, Sarawak Reform Party (Star) president Lina Soo and senior lawyer Robert Lau Hui Yew while Wilfred Yap will moderate the plenary session where participants can voice their insights and views on the future of Sarawak.


At the end of the session, Goh pointed out that a Resolution will be compiled which is expected to be delivered to the United Nations (UN) Office in Kuala Lumpur.

He assured that the public talk will be very informative for the public.
