BETONG, March 15: The search for a 61-year-old man believed to have been attacked by a crocodile at Nanga Sungai Skrang continues today.
Taid Jepit, 61, from Rh Francis Kaong had gone fishing on his own at 3pm yesterday.
The Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) disclosed that an eyewitness reportedly saw Taid diving into the river after finding his hook stuck.

A police report was lodged by his son at the Sri Aman district police headquarters.
A search and rescue (SAR) operation was immediately mounted by the Betong fire station.
Led by Betong Bomba chief PPgB Vincent Baling Yabi, the SAR team will cover an area spanning a four-kilometre radius from where the victim was last seen.
