KUCHING, Oct 19: Search and rescue (SAR) is still on going for a fisherman who was reported missing at Pantai Puteri, Santubong, since Thursday.
According to a statement from the state Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) operations centre, the victim, Hasrizam Rahman, 28, was last seen at the Pantai Puteri near the Damai Golf Course at 7am.
A missing person’s report was made at Santubong police station on Thursday (Oct 17), the department said.
Bomba Petra Jaya deployed its team for the search and rescue operations.
At press time, the victim has yet to be found. — DayakDaily
