KUCHING, March 11: The Rural Water Supply Department (JBALB) will implement projects worth RM137.8 million for Sangan in Bintulu next February.
According to a news report from Sarawak Public Communication Unit (Ukas) yesterday (March 10), the projects will benefit 72 longhouses, Sangan Health Clinic, and four schools.
This was revealed during a three-day research laboratory programme held with various relevant agencies in Bintulu from March 7-9.
The areas involved are divided into four zones, namely Zone A (Simpang Tatau Sangan to Sibu division border), Zone B (Jalan Tatau to Sangan), Zone C (Jalan Sangan to Rh Junus and SK Bagiau), Zone D (Sangan Town and the area across the river), and Zone E (Sangan Town to Rh Unyang, Rh Ngaying, Rh Jampi and Rh Tedong). — DayakDaily
