KUCHING, Jan 15: A temporary road diversion will be in place along Jalan Tun Datuk Patinggi Abang Haji Muhammad Salahuddin here between Jan 20 and April 13, 2026, to allow for construction works.
According to a TVS news report, the Land Custody and Development Authority (LCDA) advised motorists to exercise caution when driving through the affected area throughout the construction period.
Road users are urged to comply with all traffic management measures to ensure the safety of all parties until the works are completed.
LCDA also reminded the public to plan their journeys earlier if passing through the area to avoid inconvenience.
LCDA apologised for any inconvenience caused and said the contractor will provide updates should there be any changes involving the dates, time or work areas.
