Road closure along Jalan Lapangan Terbang Baru in Sibu extended until Sept 30

KUCHING, Sept 2: The road closure along Jalan Lapangan Terbang Baru in Sibu extended until September 30.

Public Works Department (JKR) Sarawak in a statement today said the extension is to allow for the implementation of proposed top-up and resurfacing works on the road.

As such, the department apologises for the inconveniences and advises road users to be careful when passing through the affected area during the process including to follow all traffic management for safety.

Any changes on the date, time and affected area will be update by JKR Sibu division.
