Most of that day’s transactions involved credit cards where all sales and profits for that day were channelled into a bank account number given by the friend.

After the event wrapped up, when the victim attempted to check up on the transactions in the given bank account number, he found the account was empty.

Several calls were made by the victim to his friend were to no avail, as all his calls were unanswered.

Feeling worried, the victim then lodged a police report over the matter. — DayakDaily
