MIRI, Nov 28: Two longhouses in Beluru are inundated by floodwaters, following heavy rain since last week.
The affected longhouses are Rumah Ruang Sungai Nat and Rumah Awat Sungai Nat
A Miri Civil Defence Force (APM) team tasked with monitoring the flood reported that water levels at both longhouses were around two feet high.
The roads connecting to these two longhouses are still passable for vehicles but slippery.
Villagers were advised to remain vigilant and to evacuate to higher ground if the situation worsens. — DayakDaily
