KUCHING, Jan 17: The Rural Water Supply Department (JBALB) advised residents in the Bau-Lundu area to stock up on water supply following a temporary disruption tomorrow.
JBALB in a statement today said the areas that will be affected are Kampung Stenggang, Spadah, Stum Muda, Stungkor Lama and Baru, Raso 1 and 2, Bokah, as well as the surrounding area.
The disruption is expected to start from 9pm until 5am.
According to the department, the water supply disruption allows for temporary pipe connection works along Jalan Bau-Lundu, near Kampung Spadah, by the Pan Borneo contractor.
The department has also assured that the disruption will be resolved as soon as possible and that the water supply in affected areas will be restored gradually. ― DayakDaily
