KUCHING, Nov 26: Imasa Dinasti Sdn Bhd and TAK Group of Companies architect Teo Ah Khing received the Sarawak Housing and Real Estate Developers Association (Sheda) Lifetime Achievement Award.
The award was presented to Teo by Sarawak Premier Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg at the Sheda Annual Dinner & Excellence Awards 2023 at the Borneo Convention Centre Kuching last night (Nov 25).
The evening also saw Chen Ling Development Sdn Bhd receiving the commendation award for Strata Development (Mixed Development) for their project ‘The Podium’ presented to its director, Ricky Tiong Wei Ling.
Others who received the Merit Award for Strata Development (Residential) are RJ Realty Sdn Bhd for the project ‘d’Ryx Residences’, which was presented to its creative director Ryonna Chuo Yi; the Merit Award for Landed Residential (Large) for the project ‘The Holmestown’ went to LT Homes Development Sdn Bhd and was presented to its director Jason Tong; and the Merit Award for Landed Residential (Large) with the project the ‘Noble Courtyard’ by Green Summit Development Sdn Bhd, was presented to its group chief executive officer James Hii Sing Lung and group operating officer Kelvin Chia Kah Leong.
Abang Johari’s wife Puan Sri Datuk Amar Juma’ani Tuanku Bujang; Deputy Premier Datuk Amar Dr Sim Kui Hian; Deputy Minister of Public Health, Housing, and Local Government Michael Tiang; Sarawak Financial Secretary Dato Sri Wan Lizozman Wan Omar; Sheda president Augustine Wong; event organising chairman Dato Bobby Ting; and Sheda secretary-general Angie Kueh were also present. — DayakDaily
