SIBU, March 15: Those who have recovered from Covid-19 may resume work without the need to undergo swab tests and or obtain a permit letter.
Sibu Division Health Office chief officer, Dr Teh Jo Hun in a statement today said in view of this, private sector companies should allow their employees who had recovered from the disease to resume work as before by following the standard operating procedures for Covid-19 prevention.
Dr Teh said according to Health Ministry director-general Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah, Covid-19 patients who had recovered from the disease would not be able to infect others after receiving treatment or had undergone the 14-day quarantine. — DayakDaily
