According to the PVATM Mambong president Kadam Saai, they have been giving yearly cash incentives to members who are handicapped and widowed.

“We hold an annual dinner to raise funds for our association and it is also during this dinner that we give aid in the form of cash and hampers to eligible members (handicapped and widowed),” he said.

“We welcome any form of help be it in cash or kind so that we can help to lessen the sufferings faced by our army veterans in preserving the sovereignty of our country,” he added.

Kadam later received a second cheque for a RM3,000 grant from Deputy Minister of Domestic Trade and Consumer affairs Chong Chieng Jen through the latter’s political secretary Sanjan Daik during the PVATM Mambong’s recent Annual General Meeting (AGM).
