BINTULU, Aug 1: The Progressive Democratic Party (PDP) launched its official website, PDP Connect via pdp4rakyat.com today.

According to PDP Youth leader Yiak Chiong Wei, the platform was launched to symbolise PDP’s commitment to spurring the party’s development with new thinking, serving the community through the latest approach and creating new momentum in responding to the people.

“In the future, we will continue using technology to strengthen the organisation, improve communication and endure that the party continues to develop along with the passage of time,” Yiak, who is also the organising chairman, said during his speech at the launch of the new digital platform at the PDP Digital Transformation & Unity Gathering.

Through the use of digital technology, PDP aims to strengthen its connection with the people, widen public participation and build a more responsive, accessible and future-ready party organisation.

Users of the website can learn more about the party, stay informed with the latest PDP news, and easily access party premises and official contact information for greater convenience.

With the launch of the platform, PDP will introduce online membership registration, member data management, membership verification, polling station search and other party-related services.

Interested users can register via the website pdp4rakyat.com and check their application status.

The official PDP website was launched by PDP Secretary-General Dato Anyi Ngau, who is also the Member of Parliament for Baram.

More digital services will be added in stages to make party administration more convenient, improve information delivery and allow members to stay closely connected with the party regardless of where they are.
