KUCHING, July 27: Malaysian citizens aged 21 and above with annual income of RM100,000 and below are eligible to receive a RM100 e-wallet incentive.
In announcing this today, Prime Minister Dato Seri Anwar Ibrahim said the incentive is given following the success and impact of the previous e-wallet credit rollout programme.
“Estimated number of eligible recipients is expected to be around 10 million from the B40 and M40 group with allocation of about a billion ringgit,” he said during the launching ceremony of the federal government’s “Ekonomi Madani: Memperkasa Rakyat” framework held in Kuala Lumpur today. — DayakDaily
