Premier Abang Johari continues tradition of remembrance with visit to late wife Juma’ani’s resting place

KUCHING, Jan 16: Premier Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg paid a visit this morning to the grave of his late wife, Puan Sri Datuk Amar Juma’ani Tun Tuanku Bujang, at the Samariang Muslim Cemetery here, continuing his personal tradition of remembrance ahead of Friday prayers.

According to a post earlier today on the Premier’s official Facebook page, ‘Sarawakku’, Abang Johari was accompanied by their daughter, Dayang Norjihah. Both were seen reciting Surah Yasin and offering prayers, seeking Allah’s mercy and blessings for the late Juma’ani, and that her soul be placed among the faithful and the righteous.
