KUCHING, May 10: Police are looking for a 34-year-old man believed to be involved in an armed robbery case in Bau on May 5.
Sarawak Police Commissioner Dato Mancha Ata in a statement today said the suspect is identified as Houstin Bilong Usat, with the identity card number 880726-52-5729.
“PDRM Sarawak calls on members of the public who have any information related to this case to forward it directly to the head of Bau District Crime Investigation Division chief ASP Francis Boniface Barau at 012-7100711 or Bau Police Station at 082-763311,” he said.
Mancha confirmed that on May 5, at 10.06pm, an armed robbery occurred at a premises at Jalan Jambusan, Bau, involving a firearm.
He said the suspect managed to flee from the scene after the robbery.— DayakDaily
