KUCHING, Nov 22: The Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah has summoned Pakatan Harapan (PH) and Perikatan Nasional (PN) leaders to Istana Negara at 4.30pm today.

According to a statement, Istana Negara said no single Member of Parliament (MP) had the simple majority to form the federal government and become the tenth prime minister, which resulted in the leaders of the two coalitions being summoned.

In the statement, the King also called for Malaysians to remain patient until the process of appointing the next prime minister is completed. — DayakDaily
