Dr Sinang said the perimeter survey aimed to determine land ownership through demarcating land boundaries to facilitate the issuance of individual land titles.
Such exercise will also solve land disputes among villagers, said Dr Sinang recently in a dialogue with affected villagers.
For the record, a perimeter survey had been completed for 716 plots of land in three villages, namely Kampung Lanchang Sijo, Kampung Labak Tungan and Kampung Lanchang Sabai, under Section 18 of the Sarawak Land Code.
