The 32nd edition of the awards, organised by Yayasan Sarawak, celebrates excellence in education across students, teachers, school leaders, and Parent-Teacher Associations (PIBGs), with particular emphasis on bridging the gap between urban and rural schools.

Maishela and Fioba were honoured for their exceptional examination results, showing that hard work and dedication can overcome geographic and resource limitations. Other student recipients included Hannah Toh Hong Na of SMK Tung Hua and Kong Wei Hang of SMK Sungai Merah, recognised for their outstanding academic performance.

The awards also spotlighted school leaders and educators who have made significant contributions.
