MIRI, Feb 20: A female pedestrian in her early 20s was on her way to a nearby building across Jalan Merbau when she was rammed by a car during lunchtime on Thursday.
She was fortunate to have sustained minor bodily injuries in the 1.15pm incident.
A team of Miri Civil Defence force (APM) was mobilised to the scene after responding to an alert on the incident.
The victim is said to be in stable condition. —DayakDaily
