KUCHING, Aug 23: The Public Works Department (JKR) Sarawak has announced a temporary partial road closure along Jalan Datuk Amar Kalong Ningkan in Kuching, affecting the stretch from the median at SK Hardware to the median at Shell Batu 8 on Jalan Kuching-Serian.
According to the notice, the closure is set to commence on Aug 26 and is expected to last until Sept 20.
JKR Sarawak stated that the closure is necessary to facilitate resurfacing and median upgrading works along the road.
For any inquiries related to traffic flow during the closure, the public can contact the JKR Kuching Division office during office hours.
