KUCHING, Dec 4: A 31-year-old air con technician from Jerantut, Pahang was found dead in his rented room at MJC Batu Kawa this morning.
The deceased was discovered by his 33-year-old brother at about 10 am.
According to Padawan police district spokesperson, the man’s elder brother kept knocking on the room door but there was no answer, prompting him to force open the door.
Paramedics from the Sarawak General Hospital pronounced him dead.
Initial investigations revealed that the man, who is the third of six siblings, had spoken to his brother about unspecified problems and stress.
It was also revealed that the man had just rented the room three weeks ago with an Indonesian friend, who had gone back to Indonesia for a break. —DayakDaily
