KUCHING, Aug 26: Over 80 per cent of the exhibition booths at the Sheda Property Expo 2022, which is to be held from Sept 30 to Oct 2 at Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK), have been occupied.
Sheda Property Expo 2022 organising chairman Ir John Yong Lock Ping said the booths’ encouraging take-up indicates the property market’s healthy and dynamic growth.
“The positive response to local attractions such as the Borneo Music Festival and Kuching Festival Food Fair, and the return of the Inter-Cultural Mooncake Festival and What About Kuching (WAK) Festival are also signs that the economy is picking up across various sectors,” he said in a statement today.
Commenting on the success of a previous joint seminar titled ‘Your Essential Guide to Strata Management and Maintenance in Sarawak’, Yong said the number of participants reflects the growing number of Sarawakians interested in strata-titled projects.
With that, he assured that potential homeowners interested in strata-titled properties would be able to browse and compare from a large selection at the coming Sheda Property Expo.
