KUCHING, Oct 23: Chong Chieng Jen and Dr Kelvin Yii will be defending the Stampin and Bandar Kuching seats respectively in the coming 15th General Election (GE15).
This was announced by Chong himself at the Sarawak Democratic Action Party (DAP) headquarters here today.
He also revealed that Larry Jabul will be standing in the Serian seat and incumbent Mordi Bimol in Mas Gading.
Today’s announcement concludes DAP’s candidate list in eight Sarawak seats they are contesting in.
Last night in Sibu, Oscar Ling and Alice Lau were revealed as the DAP candidates for Sibu and Lanang respectively while Tony Chiew will be fielded in Bintulu.
In Sarikei, Roderick Wong would be contesting on behalf of his father David Wong, the incumbent for Sarikei. — DayakDaily
