New ‘Helpdesk’ feature in MySejahtera, guidance to change or cancel vaccination appointments

KUCHING, June 6: Those who need guidance in changing or cancelling Covid-19 vaccination appointments in MySejahtera can now check the application’s updated ‘Helpdesk’ feature.

Through the updated feature in MySejahtera, those above 60 years old who have yet to receive their vaccination appointment can also seek help from there.

Clicking into the Helpdesk function and going past the ‘Start’ button, one is presented with a list of issues and problems possibly faced when using the application.

The first option is on ‘Vaccination Appointment’ and clicking into it gives you three scenarios including ways to cancel AstraZeneca (AZ) and other vaccine appointments.

To get a reassignment of vaccination appointments not of AZ, you may choose any of the valid reasons including not feeling well, transportation issue or the allocated facility being too far away.

After submitting your details, a new vaccination appointment date or location will be updated in your MySejahtera after seven days.

Other than issues pertaining to vaccination appointments, the Helpdesk feature also answers questions such as application bugs and provides more information on the immunisation programme. — DayakDaily
