KUCHING, Nov 30: Kota Samarahan Municipal Council’s (MPKS) ‘Buy Back Campaign’ helps to dispose of hazardous wastes properly and safely for everyone’s safety.
MPKS chairman Dato Peter Minos said the council is doing the exercise and other related programmes to achieve the goals in accordance with its motto.

“We must do everything to keep a clean and healthy image. MPKS will also periodically help with the anti-rabies and anti-dengue programmes with other agencies,” he said in a statement today.
He also hoped that members of the public in Samarahan would assist MPKS in the campaign for the benefit of all.
The ‘Buy Back Campaign’ was held at Pusat Hijau Komunity in Pasar Bandar Rial from 8am until 12pm. — DayakDaily
