KUCHING, Mar 17: A male motorcyclist in his 30s was found dead in a ditch following an accident with a Perodua Aruz at Jalan Bakam in Miri today.
According to a report from the Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba), a call was received at 12.32am, and firefighters from the Miri Central station were deployed.

It was noted that the driver of the Perodua Aruz managed to exit the vehicle safely, while the motorcyclist was found in a ditch near the accident site, where Ministry of Health personnel confirmed his death.
The victim’s body was then retrieved and handed over to the police for further action. — DayakDaily
