KUCHING, July 8: Kuching South City Council (MBKS) is expanding the Kuching Food Festival experience beyond culinary delights this year with the introduction of the inaugural MBKS Pickle Rush Kuching 2026, set to take place on July 25 at Pickle Pro Kuching.

MBKS Mayor Dato Wee Hong Seng said the inaugural tournament aims to encourage wider community participation, adding that the introduction of new signature programmes reflects the council’s vision of transforming the annual festival into a celebration of sports, creativity, digital culture and healthy living for people of all ages.
