KUCHING, Aug 27: A 63-year-old woman who was reported missing was found dead in a drain near a health clinic in Petra Jaya this morning.
The Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) Petra Jaya responded to the emergency at 9.34am and a team of firefighters was swiftly dispatched to the scene.

According to information from the police, the woman was feared missing Tuesday (Aug 26), with her disappearance noticed by her child last night.
She was subsequently found by a member of the public this morning.
Firefighters assisted in retrieving the victim from a drain approximately 10 feet deep.
The operation, led by PBK I Pandi Seh, was completed at 10.47am.
The victim was later handed over to the police for further action. — DayakDaily
