The association was represented by Sally Liew Li Kheng at the simple handing over ceremony held at Lopeng Fire Station.

Lee, when met after the handing over ceremony, applauded efforts made by the association in helping and providing Bomba with the sanitation items during this period.

“These equipment will definitely help our firemen in their sanitation works in various public areas,” he opined.

Thus, he hopes that more none governmental organisations (NGOs) can come forward and contribute to Bomba in their sanitation works to prevent the spread of Covid-19.

Also present were Acting Miri Resident Abdul Aziz Mohd Yusuf, Miri Hakka association chairman Liew Han Ping, Miri Hakka Youth chairlady Sally Lliew and vice chief youth Andy Jong Wan Joon.
