KUCHING, Jan 30: A minor LPG gas explosion in a house in Sibujaya today injured an elderly man.
In a report from the Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba), a call on the incident was received at 3.31pm, and firefighters from the Sibujaya station were deployed.

Upon arrival, it was noted that the explosion had caused the ceiling of the house to collapse, injuring an elderly man, who was rushed to the hospital before firefighters’ arrival.
Firefighters conducted monitoring throughout the house and removed the LPG gas cylinder from the premises.
The operation ended at 4.02pm. — DayakDaily
