KUCHING, Sept 27: The access to the Mile 6 flyover will be closed temporarily today (Sept 27) from 8pm onwards and the closure will also affect the Mile 7 flyover at the same time tomorrow (Sept 28).

The Public Works Department (JKR) Sarawak, in an advisory notice, informed that the temporary closure to the Mile 6 and 7 flyovers during the night is to facilitate lux testing works for streetlights on the Sarawak stretch of the Pan Borneo Highway project.

With that, JKR Sarawak advised all road users to take extra care when driving along the stretch and to use the at-grade road only.
