According to a press statement, the efforts were made to strengthen the spirit of unity among races in line with Prime Minister Dato Seri Anwar Ibrahim’s vision of ‘Segulai Sejalai’.

“Last Wednesday, a brief ceremony was held at the Mas Gading MP Service Centre in Bau to present the cheque.

“During the ceremony, representatives from each house of worship were briefed on the procedures for spending the allocations received by the Mas Gading MP Service Centre,” read the press statement.

It went on to say that the briefing aims to ensure that all allocated allocations are spent correctly and in accordance with the guidelines established by the State Development Office (PPN).

“Mordi also welcomed all associations or organisations under the Mas Gading parliamentary constituency to visit its service centres in Bau and Lundu for any questions or assistance with the application or preparation of paperwork.”

The press statement further noted that each MP in the unity government has been allocated RM2 million through PMR 2023. — DayakDaily
