KUCHING, June 20: Over 500 participants are expected to attend the 13th Asian Aerosol Conference (AAC) 2024, which will be held for the first time in Malaysia from Nov 3 to 7, at the Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK).

In a statement today, Deputy Minister of Energy and Environment Sustainability (MEESTY) Datuk Dr Hazland Abang Hipni announced that the AAC 2024 is the largest aerosol conference in Asia.

During a courtesy visit by a delegation from MyCAS, led by its president Ts Dr Noor Zaitun Yahaya to Dr Hazland at BCCK, the delegation expressed confidence that the conference will contribute to the transfer of the latest technology in aerosol science research, benefiting Asian countries, especially Malaysia.
