KUCHING, July 1: Datuk Larry Sng Wei Shien has retained his post as Parti Bangsa Malaysia (PBM) president for the 2024-2027 term.
According to PBM election committee chairman Munan Laja in a statement, the Julau MP retained his post unopposed.
He added that the party’s deputy president and vice president also retained their respective posts unopposed.
Munan said that PBM will hold a General Conference of Representatives on July 7 at WISMA MCA Kuala Lumpur.
“The meeting will start with Youth and Women in the morning and be followed by the main committee in the afternoon,” he said.
Sng has served as PBM president since January 2022. Following the 15th general election (GE15), he is presently the sole PBM member of Parliament. — DayakDaily
