MIRI, March 20: A temporary single lane closure will be in effect on the route from Jalan Miri to Taman Tunku traffic light during the night from March 23 to 26 for road upgrading works.
The works are being carried out as part of the Pan Borneo Highway project.
According to an advisory today, the Public Works Department (JKR) Sarawak’s Pan Borneo Highway branch said one lane along the stretch heading towards Bintulu direction will be closed from 7pm to 5am.
Motorists are advised to exercise caution when passing through the road diversion and construction area.
Road users are also reminded to adhere to all safety signs in place. — DayakDaily
