Kota Sentosa rep presents RM110k to Sacred Heart Church

KUCHING, Dec 11: Kota Sentosa assemblyman Wilfred Yap presented RM110,000 to Sacred Heart Church in Kota Sentosa to help rebuild the church’s car park and repair its parish hall’s roof.

When met by reporters after the presentation ceremony, Yap said the amount given is from his Kota Sentosa constituency allocation.


“RM10,000 (from the amount) is for the church committee to carry out their activities,” he said.

Meanwhile, Deputy Premier Dato Sri Dr Sim Kui Hian gave the church RM10,000 for its activities.

The cheque was presented by Political Secretary in the Premier’s Office, Tan Kai, during the same ceremony. — DayakDaily
