It was also reported that Media Prima Audio chief executive officer Nazri Noran has expressed his gratitude to have Khairy on board to provide fresher content for listeners.

Hot FM had also posted a video clip of yesterday morning’s segment, during which the hosts had called up Khairy to ask him whether he would be joining them.

One of the hosts asked, “Now we want to know whether KJ will become a DJ of Hot FM. On tak on (Yes or no)?”

To this, Khairy responded, “On (Yes). Let’s go.”

On Jan 28, Hot FM has shared a copy of an offer letter to Khairy on social media, openly requesting him to join the morning segment.

The offer came following Khairy’s expulsion from United Malays National Organisation (UMNO) last month. ― DayakDaily
