KUCHING, Aug 10: The junction leading to KFC and McDonald’s at Jalan Canna here will be temporarily closed to all traffic for three days, from Aug 11 to Aug 13, to facilitate water pipe relocation works.

According to Sarawak Metro Sdn Bhd (Sarawak Metro), the closure will be in effect 24 hours daily throughout the three-day period.

Road users are advised to be cautious when driving in the affected area and to adhere to all traffic management measures, road warning signs, and speed limits to ensure the safety of both motorists and construction workers.

“Sarawak Metro will duly notify the public of any changes regarding this notification,” the statement said, adding that road users should plan their journeys accordingly.
