KUCHING, Feb 5: A section of Jalan Tun Jugah, located in front of Emporium and Premier 101 Food Centre, will be temporarily closed from today until Feb 28 for construction and road widening works.
Sarawak Metro has announced that the 24-hour closure, which will last for 28 days, is essential to facilitate the development of the Kuching Urban Transportation System (KUTS).
Road users are advised to exercise extra caution when approaching and navigating through the affected area.
Motorists are urged to comply with all traffic management measures, road warning signs, and speed limits for their safety.
Sarawak Metro will provide updates in the event of any changes to the schedule.
