MIRI, August 14: An unknown intruder got away with approximately RM3,000 worth of items taken from a rented room located along the North Yu Seng road around 12.30am yesterday (Aug 13).
It is believed the thief entered the rented room while its female tenant was taking a shower.
Several items including handphones and other electronic gadgets were missing after the incident.
The victim, in her 20’s and working as a supervisor, was unharmed.
As of press time, no arrests have been made as the police are still investigating. — DayakDaily
