KUCHING, June 29: Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Ismail has urged all eligible housewives and housemakers from Sarawak to register for i-Suri.

“Under the leadership of Prime Minister (Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad), we will do to our best abilities to position our country on the best track for the betterment of the whole Malaysia and its people,” she assured.
“As such, let’s work together and pray that our struggling economy, especially the huge debts incurred and improving of integrity, fighting corruptions and various other efforts can produce a positive outcome,” she said.

Earlier on, organising chairman Datu Dr Nor Irwan Ahmad Nor reminded party members to be loyal to party leadership and not be swayed by rumours.
“Instead, we must unite and work together so to win over Sarawak in the next election, hopefully,” he said.
“It is also important for members to have proper conduct and etiquette at all times, have good manners and behaviours to protect the good image of the party,” he reminded.
