Housing Development Corporation seeks Premier’s advice on expanding affordable housing for B40, M40 groups

KUCHING, Oct 27: The Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has approached Premier Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg for guidance in the endeavor to increase affordable housing for the B40 and M40 income groups in Sarawak.

According to a news report from TV Sarawak (TVS) today, HDC chief executive officer Fathi Hambali said HDC has many ongoing projects currently being implemented.

“We want to do better and improve to provide affordable housing especially to the B40 and M40 groups for the people throughout Sarawak,” he said when met by reporters after a courtesy visit to the Premier at his office in Wisma Bapa Malaysia today.

Meanwhile, during the courtesy visit, Fathi also invited Abang Johari as guest of honor for HDC Golden Jubilee Dinner on Nov 17 in Kuching. — DayakDaily
