LAWAS, Jan 16: A house in Kampung Batu 3 at Jalan Terusan here was engulfed in flames, resulting in 10 residents being left homeless today.
The Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) Sarawak responded to an emergency at 9.12am and immediately deployed a team of firefighters from the Lawas Station to the location.
Upon reaching, firefighters discovered that the non-permanent structure had been completely consumed by the fire.
The firefighting team promptly took action to control and extinguish the flames.
There were no casulties or injuries reported. — DayakDaily
