KUCHING, Jan 3: Nine divisions in the state have been put on alert as heavy downpour is expected to last until tomorrow (Jan 4).
The Meteorological Department of Malaysia (MetMalaysia) issued a weather warning for Kuching, Serian, Samarahan, Sri Aman, Betong, Sarikei, Sibu, Mukah and Kapit (Song) at 2pm on Jan 2.
According to the statement heavy rain is expected to occur throughout Sarawak until Saturday.—DayakDaily.
