KUCHING, July 4: Part of Jalan Batu Kawa to Jalan Desa Wira will be closed temporarily starting July 6 to 20 from 8pm to 5am for road resurfacing works.
The Public Works Department (JKR) Kuching Division, in a notice today, advised motorists to be extra careful when travelling along the road and to comply with all traffic management instructions throughout the half-road closure period.
Road users are also encouraged to use existing alternative routes where possible to avoid possible delays and manage traffic.
JKR Sarawak also seeks cooperation, understanding and patience from all road users on the road rehabilitating works.
