KUCHING, Oct 24: Public Works Department (JKR) Sarawak has announced a temporary half-lane closure along Jalan Ulu Oya (902/3), Sibu Division.
An official notice stated that the closure will affect the stretch between KM5.5 and KM7.0.
The lane closure is scheduled from Oct 25 until Nov 10, between the hours of 8pm and 5am daily.
The closure is necessary to carry out road repairs, specifically milling and resurfacing works, aimed at addressing damage to the road surface.
Motorists are advised to plan their journeys accordingly, taking note of the limited road access during these times.
Road users are encouraged to use alternative routes when available to avoid potential delays.
